Selected high carbon chromium bearing steel ball linear bearings for high speed operation

Utilizing g6-grade precision machining, the ball bearings and guide shaft feature a point contact design, resulting in a friction coefficient as low as 0.001 and minimal running resistance. This enables high-speed, stable linear reciprocating motion with noise levels below 40dB, perfectly suited for the 24-hour continuous operation requirements of automated production lines.
Made from carefully selected high-carbon chromium bearing steel with integral quenching, achieving a hardness of HRC60-62, and coupled with an optimized ball bearing circulation system, wear is significantly reduced, extending service life by more than twice that of ordinary products. The entire product series is ISO9001 certified, with fully standardized dimensions, excellent interchangeability, and convenient installation and maintenance. It can directly replace imported equivalent products.
