Our linear guides and sliders from Taiwan, leveraging over a decade of experience in the transmission industry, are crafted with lean manufacturing techniques to ensure reliable quality. The core design employs a four-row steel ball load-bearing structure, combining high rigidity and high load capacity to achieve equal load bearing in four directions, adapting to diverse stress scenarios. The unique arc-groove DF combination structure provides excellent self-aligning capability, precisely absorbing installation errors and ensuring μm-level positioning accuracy and smooth, stable linear motion.
Made of high-quality alloy steel, combined with an optimized lubrication structure and anti-collision steel ball separation design, friction loss is significantly reduced, extending service life while achieving low dust generation. The product range includes multiple specifications, supporting interchangeable sliders and guides for convenient and efficient assembly, suitable for CNC machinery, automated equipment, laser processing machines, and other applications. Certified by multiple international quality systems, quality is controllable, providing core support for efficient equipment transmission.
