Utilizing a pre-tightened single-nut design, it features a backlash of <0.003mm and a repeatability of ±0.002mm, completely eliminating print layer lines, misalignments, and dimensional deviations, ensuring the forming accuracy of complex curved surfaces and precision parts. An optimized silent ball bearing circulation system with a DN value of up to 120,000, a maximum linear speed of 1.5m/s, operating vibration ≤0.05g, and noise below 42dB significantly improves printing efficiency and surface finish.

Made from selected high-carbon chromium bearing steel with integral quenching, achieving a hardness of HRC60-62, and equipped with an ultra-thin dustproof seal, it can operate continuously and stably 24/7, extending its service life by twice that of ordinary lead screws.
