Their specialized sealing and materials block dust, oil, and debris, ensuring stable operation in Class 10 cleanrooms.

(1) Fully Enclosed Protection: Features a triple seal (stainless steel cover, labyrinth profile, optional bellows), achieving IP54 rating and SGS certification for long-term cleanroom use.
