This enables positioning accuracy of ±0.001mm over 300mm and repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.0005mm, ensuring micron-level precise displacement for moving components such as machine tool worktables and tool holders. These capabilities meet the stringent requirements of high-precision machining scenarios in aerospace, optical components, and other industries.
