The KK series single-axis robots utilize a partially hardened U-shaped steel-based rail, significantly enhancing the robot’s structural strength and load-bearing capacity. Different cover types are available to adapt to varying environmental conditions.
For the recirculation system between the rail and carriage, a 2-row Gothic arch design with a 45° contact angle is applied to the contact surfaces between the balls and ball grooves. This enables the axial manipulator to withstand equal load capacity in four directions.
Featuring a high-precision ball screw as the transmission structure, combined with an optimized U-shaped rail design, the KK series robots achieve unparalleled accuracy. Their repeat positioning accuracy reaches ±0.003mm.
Under the same load conditions, the KK series single-axis robots offer a more compact design. Standard threaded holes are provided on both the steel base and carriage, and the motor adapter plate supports up to 8 motor mounting configurations. As a result, the KK series is widely used in applications such as silicon wafer handling, automatic dispensing, FPD industry, medical automation, precision measuring instruments, linear stages, and coordinated linear motion systems.
